Alley of Magnolias

The first alley of the Old Boulevard is known as the “Magnolia Alley”. The first walk path from Ninoshvili Street is about a kilometer long and is decorated with magnolias of various sizes. This evergreen plant occupies a special place on the “authentic map” of our city. This beautiful plant has been growing on the Boulevard for three centuries, and its literally dizzying scent is an integral part of the Boulevard.
